Tasks

-Animate collaboration with process teams to foster a productive and innovative environment. -Apply expertise in core process scale-up topics to drive improvements and innovations. -Travel frequently to various locations, including international travel, to oversee and support plant operations. -Collaborate with process teams to scale up production processes and optimize manufacturing efficiency. -Scale up new product and process in plants -Spend significant time on-site at manufacturing plants to ensure smooth process implementation and operation. -Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutions. -Ensure safety communication and protocols are adhered to globally. -Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and enhance performance.
