Tasks

-Support Lean transformation initiatives across CAPEX and OPEX domains using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Layout optimization and Material flow. -Lead and manage end- to -end CAPEX projects, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment. -Utilize digital platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) to create real-time dashboards for project tracking and capital performance. -Develop and implement business strategies and investment plans to improve operational efficiency and asset utilization. -Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between project execution and strategic business goals -Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to forecast, monitor, and report on capital expenditures and project ROI. -Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements in all capital projects.

What You Bring

-Proven experience managing CAPEX projects ideally in a manufacturing or energy environment. -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, etc..) and ERP systems. -3 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa. -Strong understanding of capital planning, investment analysis, and financial modeling. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification or MBA preferred. -Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership. -Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and management skills. -This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. -Robust knowledge of Lean methodologies and operational excellence frameworks. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
