Tasks

-Supporting and leading client-facing delivery across multiple sectors, including energy, water, infrastructure, and international opportunities. -Strategic advisory services to support investment and business case decisions. -Disputes, claims and variation assessments, including expert advice and report preparation. -Cost control, estimating and benchmarking throughout all project phases.

What You Bring

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant with a high level of experience in cost management and quantity surveying to join our growing Sydney Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong cost management acumen, commercial expertise, and a desire to work across a diverse range of projects in a rewarding and positive environment. -Proficiency in digital tools such as CostX, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. -Ability to lead client-facing engagements and present complex findings clearly. -Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent. -7+ years’ post-graduate experience in cost management or quantity surveying role with specific experience in infrastructure, energy & water sectors -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. -Experienced in contract administration, change management and commercial analysis. -Strong background in pre-construction feasibility, estimating, and cost planning. -Experience in strategic advisory, LTA, and disputes/claims assessment. -Experience in leading or mentoring junior cost management professionals.
