Tasks

-Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisor, foreman, fitters and technicians. -Create plant preventative maintenance procedures -Schedule and obtain project material and manpower. -Responsible for spare management for machines to reduce breakdown time -Documentation and preparation of daily progress reports and maintenance logs. -Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods. -Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications. -Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.

What You Bring

-Good in trouble shooting and break down analysis skills in electrical systems of HT & LT systems, HVAC system. -Should have experience in executing maintenance activities in Caster, Tunnel Furnace, Rolling mill. -Hands on experience of Siemens make drives viz. S120, G120 & ABB VFD like ACS 580, 800, 850 -Good knowledge of Electrical Power & Control system. -Shall be able to join within One month from the date of Offer. -Experience in maintenance & handling shift activities of electrical systems of Caster, Tunnel Furnace, Rolling mill -Should be familiar with Report preparation, PPT & Excel. -Shall have the Supervisory license for HT/LT systems. -Good in Coordination and Communication, keeping good relationship with Team members and Client -Complete know how of Safety systems & should be familiar with safety procedures while executing electrical work -Expertise in organizing, planning & coordination of day-to-day maintenance activities & Handling shift activities. -You should have minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in Caster, Tunnel Furnace, Rolling mill with bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic engineering or Diploma in electrical with 6-8 years of experience .
