Tasks

The Sales Operations Analyst is a detail-oriented support role focused on the execution of daily sales operations. This individual ensures data accuracy, manages CRM systems, tracks performance metrics, and supports lead follow-up and administrative tasks. The Analyst is essential to maintaining operational consistency and enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals and building relationships. -Ensure timely outreach by the sales team to assigned leads. -Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing training on CRM tools, reporting, and outreach processes. -Handle data entry, call logs, and follow-ups. -Maintain data integrity in the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot), including importing/exporting data, merging duplicates, and auditing usage. -Assist with implementation of new tools or processes. -Generate dashboards and daily activity reports to provide visibility into team performance and pipeline health. -Build automated reports to support decision-making and strategy development. -Review expense reports and CRM schedules.
