Tasks

-Following all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safe transportation of goods. -Ensuring the integrity and quality of products during transportation to prevent damages and maintain product quality. -Communicating effectively with the team to provide updates on delivery status or any issues that may arise during the delivery process. -Responsibily managing on-time deliveries. -Planning and optimizing delivery routes using HHT device to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient use of fuel and resources. -Resolving any delivery-related issues, such as route delays, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries, in a timely and effective manner. -Conducting pre-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition and reporting any maintenance issues. -Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including delivery receipts, invoices, and proof of delivery documents. -Safely loading of the products onto the delivery vehicle and unloading them at the intended delivery points. -Executing deliveries to designated locations according to the assigned schedule and route plan. -Providing excellent customer service by interacting with customers during deliveries, addressing their questions or concerns.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma. -Ability to use HHT (Hand Held Terminal) device. -With experience in identifying products and GEO locations across the Emirates. -Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the products. -With at least 2-3 years of experience as a delivery driver in FMCG or CPG company. -Working knowledge of basic truck maintenance. -Must have valid UAE driver's license (manual). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
