Tasks

-Supports the company's goals and represents the company positively and professionally -Independently reviews and prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches -Provides subject matter technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems in area of expertise -Coaches and mentors other Engineering Technologists and Engineers -Ensures accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities -Conducts engineering and related studies.

-Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds -Good written and oral communication skills -Experience in the utility industry -Develops positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. Maintains accurate records and files -Experienced in residential and commercial design -Strong attention to detail and highly organized -Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) AND eight (8)+ years of experience, OR -Proficient in Excel, Maximo, Argus, SharePoint and Power BI -High School/GED AND 12+ years equivalent experience -Proficient in applying principles of project management -Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) AND six (6)+ years of relevant industry experience, OR
