Tasks

-Working with the project team to identify project scope changes and cost / time impact -Process oriented toward timely documenting of correspondence -Expanding EXP’s client base through business development -Managing project success through timely internal and external communication -Developing strategies to grow EXP’s healthcare market share in Southern California and beyond. -Representing exp in client interactions by performing at a ‘responsible charge’ level -Managing project risks to minimize exp’s and client’s exposure to problems -Facilitating coordination between project team, client and other consultants -Managing exp quality by assuring QC process followed, and by reviewing all client deliverables -Improving financial results by expand existing client revenue through effective project management and leadership

What You Bring

-Thorough knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical codes and FGI -10+ years of building HVAC or Electrical design experience, 5+ years of healthcare facility design experience -Registered Professional Engineer in State of California preferred. -Professional written and oral communication skills -Understanding project team needs and time constraints, communicating them with clients and actively managing expectations towards win-win solutions -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program -HCAI experience preferred
