-Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop floor -Perform cutting operations according to CNC programs and customer specifications -Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot as needed -Adhere to all company policies and participate in health & safety initiatives -Operate CNC machines and hand tools safely and efficiently -Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

What You Bring

We are currently seeking CNC Operators (incl Day; Afternoon and Weekend shifts) to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC operations, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent -Ability to lift to 50 lbs. -Solid working knowledge of mathematical functions -Familiarity with AutoCAD -High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities -2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in the aluminum industry -Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
