Overview

Maintain and beautify property grounds, handle repairs and landscaping tasks.

Tasks

-Arrive promptly to site and spend the allowed time at/on each set task -Work to a plan for each days’ schedule of works to ensure all necessary tasks are completed to a high standard within the time allowed -Complete all appropriate landscaping work -Assess site for any specific issues that may have arisen and report back if appropriate -Ensure site is left tidy and looking its very best -Assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks and repairs set by line manager

What You Bring

-Experience in towing trailers -Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment -Competent at carrying out maintenance and repair tasks externally & Internally -Experience of working in a similar role is essential (lone working experience is advantageous) -Holds a full, valid driving licence -Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate
