  • Measure, manage and drive the relevant products’ performance with focus on end to end profitability according to plan and forecast.
  • Support the development of a sustainable ecosystem by collaborating with sourcing, logistics, and operations to ensure delivery readiness and serviceability
  • Identify and understand the customers’ needs, the competitive environment as well as market trends for products and applications.
  • Drive growth of the LV Busway business by identifying and developing new opportunities across Data Centre, Industrial and C&I segments.
  • Writing clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
  • Drive efficiency and cost out programs.
  • Work with marketing to develop segment-specific materials and success stories to increase awareness and visibility.
  • Takes part (individual goals) in the team responsibility to achieve the set goals for sales, profitability, new product introductions and product portfolio.
  • Lead partner engagement strategy, including onboarding, training, and performance tracking of installation and commissioning partners.
  • Define the product roadmap and drive product development based on customers’ feedback for new products and upgrades, manage the product life cycle with transitioning the systems to the inactive stage with the services (and aftermarket) group.
  • Promote product portfolio (e.g., transformer, switchgear, power modules, and LV busway systems) as integral components of scalable and efficient data centre infrastructure.
  • Implement, coordinate and conduct new product development.

  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant working experience, as Product Manager
  • Detailed knowledge of Busway applications in MV/LV distribution networks.
  • Understand the complete E2E delivery model and business ecosystem to support an effective go to market strategy.
  • Strong capability to implement strategy and drive growth.
  • Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a B2B environment.
  • Data Center and Industrial market knowledge and experience.
  • Understands and practices the need for effective communications inside and outside the company (Strategic know-how).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Leadership skills with ability to build collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues, and other company personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
