Tasks
-Convert non-conforming documents into conforming documents using appropriate templates and forms. -Use structured writing styles and ensure documents conform to version control and file naming rules. -Lead the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, without close supervision and extensive latitude for independent judgment. -Review documents to ensure they conform to version control and file naming rules. -Transfer document content from old templates to new templates to ensure documents are revised using the most recent version of the template upon request. -Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication. -Edit narrative and graphic products to identify and correct typographical and grammatical errors, to identify logical inconsistencies, and use structured document styles. -Perform line editing, copy editing, and proof reading as requested for electronic documents in accordance with set quality standards and brand requirements. -Complete multiple assigned tasks within deadline with varied levels of complexity. -Provide feedback and guidance to more junior team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document. Serve as a mentor to junior team members. -Shares knowledge related to industry best practices and standards with others across the department/division. -Ensure technical and engineering documents that contain, tables, diagrams, charts, blueprints, and specifications are reviewed for non-technical errors, and are accurately inserted into documents. -Work with members of cross functional teams and SMEs to prepare documents as assigned. -Work independently with minimal supervision and determine priority levels of tasks given competing priorities.
