Overview

Assist with heating installations, boiler/ASHP work, repairs, and customer service.

Tasks

-To help complete vertical flues, adding bracing into the loft and weathering the lead slate into the roof -To always keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy ensuring any waste is disposed of to company/HSE regulations. -To assist with vertical flues -To assist with the ASHP installations, building concrete bases, lifting floorboards, and constructing new cupboards -Carry out your daily tasks in a helpful and professional approach prioritising customer service. -To assist with the installation of new boilers where required -To record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used, to capture this on the company’s PDA / I.T system. -To work closely with the Area Manager and admins to provide a variety of assistance to the install engineers -To attend all calls allocated to you, if delayed report to call handlers so the resident can be made aware of delays. -Follow on from heating installations and complete a range of tasks that include boxing in pipework, tiling, ceiling repairs, making good & painting. -To build timber boxing under boilers where required -Day-to-day self-management of your workload, being responsible for the works you have carried out. -Where any further works are required, you must liaise with the Area Manager/ admin teams and then inform residents of the timescale for completion of the work being undertaken.
