We’re looking for an Account Manager for our Yard Care Landscape Maintenance division to join our growing team! This unique role combines account management & operations to support our yard care crews. You’ll manage existing residential accounts, ensuring every client receives outstanding service and support.
Ability to balance fieldwork, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred: Willingness to do physical labor, especially during training, to learn the division’s operations.
Preferred: Experience in the landscaping industry—particularly selling landscaping services
This role is pivotal in bridging communication between clients, crews, and company leadership. While Spanish language skills are a plus, they are not required for the position. We strongly value candidates with experience in the landscaping industry, particularly those with a background in selling landscaping services, but not required.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, accounts, and daily operations effectively.
Preferred: Ability to do basic planting design sketches and coordinate plant installations—no formal design training or software required, just a solid eye for plant selection and layout.
Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re personable, professional, and an excellent listener.
