Own and drive sales performance for a flagship new homes development in Cambridge.

Tasks

-Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including solicitors, IFAs, and estate agents -Taking full ownership and accountability for the development's sales performance -Producing weekly sales reports and forecasts for senior management -Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and achieve targets -Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial marketing through to legal completion -Managing reservations, exchanges, and completions to meet company deadlines -Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of the sales office, show homes, and site -Monitoring market activity and competitor developments to maintain competitive advantage -Ensuring exemplary customer service standards throughout the buyer journey

What You Bring

Our client is looking for a seasoned new homes professional who can take complete ownership of this flagship development from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales performance, customer experience, and site operations, working autonomously to deliver exceptional results. -Full UK driving licence essential -Strategic thinker with commercial awareness -Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities -Excellent negotiation and closing skills -Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting -Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work autonomously -Proven experience as a Senior Sales Consultant or Sales Manager within new homes -Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Benefits

Up to £38k basic + £62k OTE, paid mileage! -Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £62,000+ -Paid milage -Comprehensive benefits package -Highly competitive basic salary (£36,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience) -Career progression opportunities within a growing business -Flexibility to work weekends as required
