Tasks

-Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and protocols for construction projects. -Review and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship to meet quality requirements. -Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC best practices. -Monitor and report on the performance of the QA/QC system, identifying areas for improvement. -Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA/QC activities, including reports and records. -Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. -Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. -Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Requires experience with quality management systems and standards specified by ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and similar organizations. -Good oral and written communication skills. -Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards. -Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. -Ability to handle the physical aspects of required field work. -Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to work independently. -Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in QA/QC roles preferably in large-scale of infrastructure. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Certification in QA/QC or related fields is preferred. -Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.
