Building Safety Lead

Tasks

-Monitor and assess Contractors’ safety performance. Verify key performance indices (KPIs), leading/lagging indicators, and EHS data submitted by CM firm are accurate, timely and complete. -Ensures that Contractors are implementing our clients and General Construction Safety Plan and Contractor’s Construction Safety Plan. -Assure that all contractors are implementing our strategy and safe working practices on site -Provide field level supervision in support of construction safety, monitoring of assurance activities, maintaining performance metrics, ensuring implementation of construction safety processes and procedures -Identify daily construction safety risks and work with teams to develop JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and High Risk Activity management program.
