Tasks

-Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of cloud resources. -Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. -Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. -Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA). -Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective DevOps architectures for cloud and hybrid environments. -Implement robust DevSecOps practices, integrating security into every stage of the development lifecycle. -Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. -Collaborate with the CTO/CEO and development teams to align infrastructure with application needs. -Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless and automated application deployment. -Coordinate across development, QA, IT, and security teams for smooth delivery and operations. -Optimize cost and performance of cloud services and applications. -Standardize release management, build automation, testing, and deployment processes. -Act as the technical advisor to executive leadership on DevOps and cloud strategy. -Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. -Define the DevOps roadmap, frameworks, tools, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

What You Bring

-Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks. -Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years as a DevOps Architect or Lead. -Strong command of scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). -Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.). -Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. -Deep understanding of DevOps principles, Agile practices, and modern software development lifecycles. -Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure governance. -Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). -Familiarity with microservices architectures and service mesh technologies is a plus
