Tasks

We are hiring a Billing Engineer (Electrical) to oversee commercial & billing aspects of electrical works across our projects. You will be responsible for BOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances. -Verify contractor/sub-contractor bills with technical and financial accuracy -Conduct material consumption tracking & reconciliation vs. theoretical usage -Conduct site inspections for measurement validation -Coordinate with site execution teams, clients & accounts for bill approvals -Provide monthly reports on billing progress, cost utilization & variances -Prepare and submit RA/Progress bills aligned with site execution -Identify extra / non-schedule items and prepare competitive rate analysis -Maintain complete billing documentation: measurement sheets, logs & reports -Perform quantity take-offs by analyzing electrical drawings & BOQs

What You Bring

Experience Level: 2–5 years -Hands-on experience with site measurement & audits -Familiarity with cost control & estimation practices -Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement/billing software -Ability to interpret electrical drawings & technical specs -Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination abilities -Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field -Minimum 2 years experience in billing for electrical works -Strong understanding of BOQ, RA Bills & construction billing standards -Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail -Knowledge of material standards & IS codes
