Production Assistant/Screen Printing

Description

• Cleans and maintains equipment
• Produce all necessary screens for screen printing.
• Verifies quality of garments, prints on garments, or sections of embroidery to those garments to ensure consistency and complete customer satisfaction.
• Determines appropriate ink and colors required for each print for screen printing
• Operate a screen print dryer at the appropriate temperature to cure products as necessary.
• Reads work order to determine proper logo and location of screen print or embroidery.
• Assist with embroidery and vinyl production as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis throughout the day.
• Able to understand and follow written or verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Plattsmouth, NE 68048: Relocate before starting work (Required)
• Able to adhere to safety guidelines
• Expected 15-25 hours a week - open to full time
• Able to multitask

• Able to stand while working for long periods of time
• Experience with electric screen printing machines a must
• Experience15 needle embroidery machines and vinyl are a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Expected to lift and reach
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

• Able to see and identify colors
• Simple math and counting skills
