Tasks

-Developing and implementing social impact measurement and monitoring processes, including using and adapting a wide range of social value tools and frameworks -Leading strong client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels, both externally and internally. Successfully developing and implementing business development / Go to Market strategies. Identifying new market opportunities, leading work winning activities including experience of leading bids. -Leading successful social outcomes-led approaches on projects at different scales, across several of our priority markets of energy, water, transport, property, local government / cities. Developing compelling social value strategies at a project and corporate level, built on an understanding of communities' needs and priorities. -Project leadership roles, focused on achievement of commercial, quality and client satisfaction performance indicators. Leading specialist teams, managing and coaching senior team members.

What You Bring

-University degree or preferably a master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject, such as sustainable development, economics, social sciences or planning. -Experience of leading and developing market-leading social value / impact programmes working in a client-facing, advisory role (or equivalent).
