The Role

Overview

Maintain and oversee data systems, entry, reporting, and quality assurance across CRM, DAM and ERP.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain various data management systems. -Generate reports for stakeholders on a regular basis. Work with key Operational Groups to ensure all data is collected and is verifiable. -Research and process data change requests and follow up with users as necessary. -Plan and oversee archiving of records. -Update data records, resolve data conflicts, generate reports, monitor data changes on a weekly basis. -Provide quality assurance by analyzing and verifying data entered into the firm’s database systems. -Ensure compliance with data protection and that best business practice is followed with regards to use and maintenance of data stored. -Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to systems and processes related to the collection, reporting, and dissemination of information. -Conduct regular audits of internal systems to ensure the integrity of the data. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data conflicts.

What You Bring

-Quick, analytical thinker. -Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well with others. -1-3+ years of experience in an end-user support role. -Excellent organizational skills. -Some knowledge of Querying tools and methods -Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. -Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. -3+ years of professional experience. -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. -Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts. -Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI -Some knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
