IT Support Specialist

Overview

Provide on‑site and remote IT support for Stamford HQ and satellite offices.

Tasks

-Travel to satellite offices to deliver on-site technical support. -Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance. -Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed. -Support hardware and software troubleshooting, including MacOS, Windows, and Office 365 environments. -Manage IT asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking. -Install, upgrade, repair, configure, and deploy mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and related hardware. -Provide deskside and remote IT support for Stamford, Brooklyn, and Boston offices. -Assist with IT-related projects, including office expansions and AV conferencing setups. -Document processes and create user guides as required.

What You Bring

Travel: Required to Brooklyn and Boston offices -Familiarity with ITIL best practices. -Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zoho Desk). -Experience providing white glove support to executive-level users. -3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Travel: Up to 20% to Brooklyn and Boston offices -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. -Familiarity with AV conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex). -Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Strong knowledge of Windows (95–11), MacOS, iOS, and Android. -Proficiency with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and VPN solutions. -Knowledge of SAP and POS systems.
