Tasks

-Deputise for Credit Services Support Manager when on leave. -Manages own workload and priorities to meet deadlines -Dealing with Adhoc reporting requests -Support the factoring submission when required -Task Control - Takes ownership for ensuring tasks are completed in timely manner -Involved in process reviews and implementation -Provide support to the cash allocation team to ensure cash is allocated accurately and in a timely manner and may also be asked to play an active role in the opening of new customer accounts on Workday -Coordinating the procurement of Barclaycard machine orders, and diligently handling customer refunds to maintain customer satisfaction. -Compiling essential documents for external auditors and CAP audit reviews (group audits) ensuring compliance, accuracy and transparency. -Works with a high level of recommendations for improvements and efficiencies within the department -Efficiently raising purchase orders for the FSSC. -Working with DB & T on efficiencies -Support with the management and administration of Departmental Procedures and Job Aids ensuring up to date. -Liaise with both internal and external customers and auditors, especially to answer their questions. -Manage own tasks and prioritise. Also work with other team members to come up with efficiencies and improvement ideas -Actively involved in month-end reporting and the provision and accuracy of data.
