What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and engineering plans -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; confident interacting with stakeholders -Skilled in researching and applying regulatory updates -Strong knowledge of building codes, ordinances, permitting procedures, and local regulations; DOT/Federal/County familiarity preferred -Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools; Quick Base experience a plus -2–5 years of permitting or regulatory compliance experience, ideally in telecom, power, gas, construction, or other utility projects -Understanding of outside plant design principles, work order processes, and telecom standards -Proven ability to prepare and submit permit packages for approval -Willingness and ability to travel as needed to coordinate with agencies, attend meetings, or support project sites -Responsive to client needs and capable of handling typical project requests
