Tasks

-Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives -Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage build processes with tools like Github actions, optimizing for mobile deployment workflows -Support hiring efforts by participating in candidate evaluation and technical interviews for mobile developers -Maintain and implement comprehensive testing methodology including unit testing, integration testing, and mobile-specific testing strategies -Conduct regular 1:1s with developers, supporting their professional growth, performance, and career development -Leverage modern tooling and observability practices to maintain system reliability and performance across iOS and Android platforms -Own the technical delivery of projects — from solution design to implementation and deployment -Identify and research emerging technologies or tools that can improve team efficiency and product quality, and drive their adoption within the mobile development ecosystem -Lead and mentor a team of developers through all phases of software development, fostering growth in mobile development best practices -Facilitate feature-level discussions with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions optimized for mobile platforms -Focus on delivery and bringing projects to completion

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and observability tools -Strong expertise with mobile development, preferably in Angular, Capacitor and Ionic frameworks -Proven experience leading development teams -Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment -Experience with modern testing frameworks and methodologies for mobile applications -Proactive attitude -Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, particularly for mobile applications -Excellent communication and mentoring skills
