Tasks

-Work with Recruitment Director to create succession plan for the team -Support the Business Development Manager with new business opportunities and provide a healthy pipeline of leads and market knowledge -Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial market. -Drive and manage retention of existing client base -Maximise growth through existing and lapsed business -Work with Marketing to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and client retention. -Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively. -Take ownership of a P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded. -Carry out market insight analysis to support client communications and recruitment -Participate in finalising relevant new business deals -Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve their full potential.
