Tasks

-Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures within their assigned location. -Always enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan. -Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly. -Support stop work authority when it is exercised in good faith. -Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. -Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times. -Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc. -Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required. -Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders. -Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities across two time zones. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. -Respond to customer requests and complaints about the office experience while triaging to the appropriate service org (IT, corporate security, etc) when it falls outside the workplace domain. -Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. -Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Establish new techniques to ensure the team can meet its objectives. -Follow specific directions as given by the manager or regional lead and work under minimal supervision. -Communicate any / all potential workplace hazards and workplace procedures.
