Overview

Perform pipe stress analysis for nuclear reactor project using AutoPipe.

Tasks

-Work closely with layout personnel and pipe support engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design. -Stress review of isometrics based on span tables -Includes the modeling of the piping systems using Bentley AutoPipe to verify piping flexibility, stability and qualification of equipment nozzle loads. -Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required.

What You Bring

-Basic understanding of ASME B31.3 and/or B31.1 other relevant industry piping codes and standards -U.S. Citizenship is required. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience. -Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check which includes verification of employment and education. -Prior experience using a computer pipe stress analysis program (AutoPipe preferred)
