Tasks

-Supporting change control processes and cost forecasting -Supporting value engineering and feasibility assessments -Monitoring project costs and preparing payment recommendations -Assisting with the preparation of contract documents -Helping to prepare tender documentation -Assisting with preparation of budget estimates and elemental cost plans -Supporting tender analysis and contractor appointment processes -Attending site and progress meetings with the project team -Working with project teams to understand design and cost impacts

What You Bring

-Learning to manage commercial risks and support client objectives -Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail -A degree (or on track to complete one) in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline -Enthusiasm, ambition, and a proactive approach to problem-solving -Good communication and interpersonal skills -A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced mentors
