The Role

Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for client roles in a recruitment resourcing center.

Tasks

-Write engaging job advertisements and manage postings across platforms. -Support the coordination of interviews and feedback collection. -Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess skills, experience, and fit. -Maintain and update candidate records within the ATS. -Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver high-quality candidates for clients. -Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, social media, etc.). -Provide regular updates and reporting to Account Managers and clients.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious, driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for connecting people and opportunities. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn ATS and CRM systems. -Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools. -Experience supporting RPO or MSP projects. -Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR administration.
