Tasks

-You will be responsible for the robust commercial management of a variety of projects. This includes overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports. -You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and achieving business plan commitments. -You will work on your own project and collaborate closely with the other site's commercial team to look for efficiencies.

What You Bring

-Senior Quantity Surveyor.pdf (99.34 KB) -Hold or working towards a professional membership with a recognised and relevant Professional body i.e. Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) (desirable) -CSCS card holder (desirable) -NEC Contracts experience is essential. -Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related course (or equivalent qualification / relevant experience) -Experience working on a Network Rail Framework is advantageous. -Practical experience in a quantity surveying role in a civil engineering environment, working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
