Leasing Manager

Overview

Manage leasing, marketing, and events for multi‑community apartments across MD, DC, VA.

Tasks

-Assist with the coordination of outreach marketing plans -Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with staff and residents -Participate in the development and implementation of marketing programs. (ie: corporation outreach, special promotions, etc.) -Determine strategic placement, and makes presentation of information appealing for outreach purposes -Effectively market and advertise the community to people outside and inside of the community. -Participate in outside community functions. (ie: Chamber of Commerce, trade organizations, etc.) -Progress reporting on Marketing Initiatives -Plan/host community events to maintain and promote the community to prospective residents. -Follow-up with all apartment prospects in order to rent available apartments. -Partner with the property leasing staff to distribute promotional materials and attract prospects and increase traffic

What You Bring

-This position includes extensive daily driving requirements- Reliable transportation required -Must be able to lift 25 lbs -Must be flexible regarding hours worked and willing to assist with community events that may occur at night or on weekends -Leasing experience preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- including Word, Excel, Power Point. Computer literacy required -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Proven sales ability -Yardi/Rent Cafe highly desired -Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
