Tasks

Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, structural) to ensure proper interface alignment and integration. Represent the supervision team during coordination and progress meetings. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting and documentation in accordance with client and regulatory requirements. Supervise complex civil construction works and provide on-site technical leadership and decision-making. Guide, support, and review the performance of junior engineers and site inspectors. Liaise effectively with client representatives, contractors, and design consultants to ensure project objectives are met. Provide technical expertise to resolve design, construction, and coordination challenges. Review and approve inspection requests, test reports, and material submittals related to civil and structural works. Identify recurring technical or procedural issues and recommend improvements to enhance site supervision efficiency.
