Tasks

If you want to shape a new service line, grow a team from the ground up, and lead major coastal infrastructure programmes across the UK, this is the role. -Help build a new team – recruitment, strategy, delivery, P&L and growth -Lead and win work across ports, harbours, coastal defence, flood resilience, offshore support and maritime infrastructure -Act as a trusted adviser at board and executive level, deepening relationships and driving repeat business -Oversee delivery across design, procurement, construction and commissioning -Shape market positioning, bids, frameworks and long-term strategic growth -Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, with accountability for P&L, growth and delivery excellence -Champion innovation, sustainability and resilience across coastal and marine programmes -Mentor and guide senior PMs and engineers, building a collaborative, high-performing team -Create and shape a new national offering with full senior leadership backing

What You Bring

Only applicants with UK port infrastructure leadership experience will be considered -Willingness to travel across UK coastal locations as project demands require -Demonstrable business development success – bids, frameworks, market positioning, key accounts -Strong technical credibility across marine/coastal engineering, construction delivery and asset resilience -Degree in engineering, project management or a related discipline -Chartered status preferred (CEng / ICE / ChPP / APM / MRICS or equivalent) -Proven UK delivery of marine/coastal infrastructure projects (ports, harbours, coastal defence, flood resilience, maritime infrastructure)
