Tasks

-Assist installers with loading, unloading, and staging materials and tools. -Support the installation of refrigerant piping, drain lines, and ductwork under supervision. -Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times. -Communicate effectively with team members and foreman about progress or needs. -Hold, measure, and cut materials as directed by the installer or foreman. -Maintain tools and ensure all equipment is accounted for at the end of each shift. -Help with site preparation before projects and clean-up afterward.

What You Bring

-Learn basic brazing, wiring, and fabrication tasks through hands-on experience. -Strong work ethic and willingness to learn HVAC installation practices. -Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand and power tools. -Reliable transportation to and from job sites. -Previous construction or mechanical experience a plus but not required. -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to follow directions and work safely in active construction environments. -Must be able to lift 25–100+ lbs., bend, climb, and work outdoors or in unconditioned spaces. -Ability to stand or move for long periods.
