Overview

Implement HRIS, lead HR development and communications for CBNA & Bouygues Canada

Tasks

-Create and implement a Diversity & Inclusion strategy for North America. -Help coordinate company-wide HR campaigns (e.g., engagement surveys, wellness initiatives). -Support the development of employee guides, training catalogues, etc -Support system upgrades and testing, documenting issues and assisting with resolutions. -Lead the implementation of a SharePoint for Bouygues Construction Canada and CBNA. -Manage the training budget and strategy. -Assist in the maintenance, data entry, and data integrity of Global HR and Sharepoint. -Lead the implementation of Global HR, our internal HR system including recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent review and annual appraisal modules. -Participate in the improvement of CBNA website. -Design, develop and organise training (Onboarding day, intercultural trainings, etc). -Lead the implementation of Bouygues Construction Canada website. -Draft, edit, and distribute HR-related communications, such as newsletters, emails, and LinkedIn posts.

What You Bring

-First experience required in human resources or communication. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Fluent in English. -Master’s degree in human resources, Communication, or related field. -First experience in project management is preferred. -Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
