Tasks
-Design and build data workflows in Power BI, Power Automate, and Python, creating dynamic dashboards and automation pipelines that scale with business needs. -Architect and optimize data pipelines on AWS, including integrations with Athena, Lambda, and S3. -Prototype and implement new automations, using AI agents, RPA tools, and modern no-code/low-code frameworks to reduce manual work and accelerate insight generation. -Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, and investment professionals to develop innovative tools that improve decision quality. -Champion a culture of innovation—staying ahead of emerging technologies and identifying new applications for data and AI within real estate.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Math, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related analytical field. -Experience developing agentic workflows—orchestrating modular AI systems using tools such as n8n, Claude Code, or similar agentic coding platforms. -Comfort operating at the frontier of AI adoption, automation design, and cross-functional collaboration. -Track record of developing tools, dashboards, or frameworks that improved analytics capabilities or investment decision-making. -Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted research or automation. -Experience or strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and data engineering concepts (ETL, API integrations, workflow orchestration). -Demonstrated curiosity and creative problem-solving—especially in applying AI and automation to business processes. -3–7 years of experience in real estate or finance analytics or related quantitative roles. -Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. -Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Python; familiarity with SQL and data modeling best practices. -Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
