Manages admin tasks for surveying projects, handling billing, client liaison, and reporting.

Tasks
-Administer quarterly truck inspections for your department -Collect and deposit payments -Assist in preparation of project proposals -Create monthly report for tracking project performance -Represent Atlas with clients in coordination with Field Supervisors and CAD Leaders -Complete and respond to incoming survey requests -Provide management or administrative assistance to Department Head as requested -Monitor project statistics -Coordinate with managers to create pre-qualifying submittals and vendor registration -Lead and attend weekly department meetings -Maintain positive working relationships with department staff and clients -Develop additional knowledge and experience specific to the industry -Prepare and issue client invoices -Provide back-up support to other locations as needed

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and be adaptable. -Great customer service and interpersonal skills -Problem-solving and basic trouble shooting skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with industry-specific Deltek or other accounting and project management software a plus. -At least five years of administrative experience. -Keen attention to detail -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Working knowledge of accounting principles. -Previous work in a related industry (i.e., commercial or residential real estate development, construction, professional surveying or architectural firm) a plus. -Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills. -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills
