Tasks

-Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. -Support value engineering and innovation to enhance efficiency and sustainability outcomes. -Expert In-House Team: Collaborate with our dedicated structures and facades team. -Uphold safety, environmental, and compliance standards across all services activities. -Coordinate and oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and other building services throughout design and construction phases. -Provide regular reporting on services progress, risks, and coordination outcomes. -Review and manage services documentation to ensure compliance, constructability, and alignment with project requirements. -Manage procurement of key services packages, including tendering, contract negotiation, and cost tracking. -Monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all installations meet specification, safety, and performance standards. -Drive coordination between structural, architectural, and services trades to resolve clashes and maintain project momentum. -Oversee commissioning programs, witness testing, and manage close-out documentation.

What You Bring

We are seeking Senior Services Coordinators and Services Coordinators with strong electrical or mechanical backgrounds to join our team delivering complex data centre projects. As a key member of the project delivery team, the Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing all building services activities from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. You will act as a key interface between design consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring all services are integrated seamlessly within the broader construction program. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem solving, strong technical knowledge in services, and the ability to drive coordination, quality, and performance across all stages of delivery. -Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, design documentation, and commissioning processes. -Proficient in reading and interpreting services drawings and using coordination tools such as BIM. -Proven ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams. -Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. -Minimum 5 years' experience in building services coordination, ideally on large commercial or data centre projects.
