Tasks

-Source, negotiate and follow up with Contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications. -Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations. -Supervise, plan and organise the contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routine check and preventive maintenance strategies. -Troubleshoot building services failure. -Preparation of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site.

Requirements
