Tasks

-Safety Awareness: Maintains high standards of electrical and laboratory safety practices. -Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in test execution, data recording, and documentation. -Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, component selection, and electrical safety standards. -Report any anomalies or failures immediately to the responsible engineer or supervisor and assist in corrective actions. -Accountability: Takes responsibility for test accuracy, equipment condition, and timely reporting. -Support continuous improvement in testing methods and product quality through feedback and data-driven insights. -Maintain and calibrate testing instruments; ensure testing areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. -Conduct dynamic performance testing to verify battery reliability and compliance with technical standards. -Team Collaboration: Works closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to support product validation and improvement. -Record, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare and submit detailed test reports. -Apply basic quality management principles and contribute to product reliability enhancement. -Perform static, safety, functional, and fire protection tests on battery products, including liquid injection operations. -Follow established testing procedures and ensure all test results are accurate, traceable, and compliant with specifications. -Occasionally lift or move equipment or samples up to 25 pounds (≈11 kg).

What You Bring

-Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual testing tasks for extended periods. -Comfortable working in environments involving electrical testing, laboratory tools, and controlled temperature conditions. -Over 1 years Test engineer experience, solar or battery project preferred; -Over 1 year energy related work background; -Problem Solving: Quickly diagnose issues during testing and propose effective corrective measures. -Working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market -Bachelor's Degree in electric related major; -Good vision and hand–eye coordination for observing test results and handling electrical components. -Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends or performance deviations. -Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues using strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills. -Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of battery testing procedures, electrical systems, and safety protocols.
