Tasks
-Mentor and coach MMs and site leaders to build leadership pipelines and succession plans. -Collaborate with RMMs to ensure regional goals are met and support client-specific initiatives. -Oversee safety metrics such as the Safety Leadership Index, and Good Catch/Near Miss reporting. -Monitor and report site performance metrics to align with client and organizational objectives. -Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including uptime, PM/PdM completion rates, and Permanent Corrective Actions (PCAs). -Communicate the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives to inspire and engage teams. -Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and alignment between C&W Services and the client. -Collaborate with site leaders to identify and implement process improvements and enhance client satisfaction. -Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation by empowering leaders to drive team performance. -Partner with Regional Safety Specialists to address site-specific challenges and lead initiatives to enhance safety performance. -Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols, training, and corrective actions. -Ensure career development plans are implemented, reviewed quarterly, and aligned with team and company goals. -Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). -Drive performance in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reliability. -Oversee the resolution of Site Issue Management (SIM) tickets to ensure operational continuity. -Ensure team compliance with administrative tasks, such as timesheet approvals and training completion within established timeframes. -Manage regional budgets and oversee site-level financials, including travel, expenses, and inventory management. -Provide leadership and strategic direction to MMs and site teams, ensuring alignment with company and client goals.

What You Bring
-Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRL, PMP). -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, kneel, bend, and reach as needed to install, move, or maintain equipment, including the use of aerial lifts or ladders. -7+ years of maintenance management experience, including leadership over MMs and multi-site operations. -Experience leading high-complexity operations such as robotics-based fulfillment centers. -Ability to walk 6-12 miles daily, including climbing stairs or navigating multiple floors, to facilitate work across multiple sites. -Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. -Ability to perform duties in fluctuating temperatures and varying warehouse environments and type on a computer for 1-2 hours per day. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). -Availability to provide 24/7 support and flexibility to travel as needed. -Ability to perform tasks wearing appropriate or required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite toe shoes.
