Overview
Design, implement, and support SAP IBP planning solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.

Tasks
-Support monthly planning cycles. Troubleshoot planning run issues and data inconsistencies. -Lead and execute SAP IBP upgrades and patch testing. -Create and maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and training. -Configure and maintain SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP. -Design and manage planning areas, key figures, time profiles, and master data objects. -Provide end-user support and training across global teams. -Develop and maintain planning views in Excel using the IBP add-in and Fiori apps. -Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. -Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency. -Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and external systems using CPI-DS or SDI.

What You Bring
-Travel: approximately 15% -Experience with SAP IBP Excel add-in and Fiori apps. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Skilled in managing customer expectations. -Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its planning-related modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD). -3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules. -Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. -Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. -Ability to analyze and optimize planning processes using system capabilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. -Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes (i.e. demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization and S&OP). -Experience with SAP Notes and IBP release management. -Experience with forecasting models, disaggregation logic, and statistical analysis. -Familiarity with integration tools like CPI-DS, SDI, or BW. -Strong troubleshooting capabilities. -Experience leading workshops and training sessions for business users. -Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
