Lead design, BIM, and team coordination for civic projects in Henderson, NV.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Develop construction documentation and specifications. -Maintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with Project Team. -Lead a team of Architects, Project Associates, Interior Design Associates, and Planners to develop design solutions, in collaboration with Directors of Design. -Work on project development in design phases. -Ensure feasibility, constructability, and life safety/code requirements are met. -Collaborate with owner and team to fully understand the individuality of the client project and development of the programmatic direction. -Prepare schematic and design development phase presentation materials. -Prepare request for pricing, review of shop drawings, and support team in addressing RFI’s during construction. -Coordinate with consultants utilizing BIM, 2D documentation, and specifications. -Create, develop and maintain BIM projects through all phases of project. -Mentor a team of technical and design-oriented professionals.

What You Bring

-Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program and architect licensure is required. (Nevada license preferred) -Advanced knowledge in Revit, BIM 360, and Bluebeam Revu -7+ years of professional experience. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup. -Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority. -Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. -Ability to travel for project requirements, as needed.
