Tasks

-Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.) -Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects -Communicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractors -Manage construction site for divisional responsibility -Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel -Assist in performance management of the team -Oversee field staff, Safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned project

What You Bring

-Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary -Must be authorized to work in the United States -High school diploma or GED -Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations -Must have a valid driver's license -Must be able to work in elevated locations -Good oral and written communication skills -Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industry -Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company -OSHA 30 certification -Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents -Able to work independently without significant supervision -Must be at least 18 years old -Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions -Able to communicate expectations and lead others -English speaking, bilingual preferred -Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
