The Role

Tasks

-Coordinate all construction activities with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards -Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and ensure that they are regularly updated and communicated to all stakeholders -Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on EPCI project sites -Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements, budgets, and schedules -Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may impact the project schedule, budget, or quality -Oversee onshore construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards -Ensure that all construction work conforms to all applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements -Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and status of the project, including any issues that may require their attention

What You Bring

-Experience overseeing projects in the oil and gas, renewable energy, or power generation sectors is preferred -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders -Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements in the EPCI industry -3 to 5+ years of experience in onshore construction management within the EPCI industry -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management, or similar -Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards -Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and technologies, and the ability to apply them effectively to onshore construction projects -Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
