Estimator - Hard FM

Prepare tenders, conduct site visits, and collaborate on pricing for Hard FM projects.

Tasks

-Conduct site visits across Australia and New Zealand to assess assets, risks, and scope (Domestic and International travel will be required). -Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes for efficiency and clarity. -Prepare accurate tenders and quotations that meet technical standards and client requirements. -Collaborate with Commercial Analysts, Business Development Executives, and Operations teams to ensure competitive pricing strategies. -Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to secure accurate and cost-effective quotations.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships. -Experience in Hard Facilities Maintenance or related environments, ideally within tendering or estimation. -A proactive mindset, strong time management, and the ability to thrive under pressure. -Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability. -Trade or technical qualifications with industry experience; refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing knowledge is highly advantageous.
