Tasks

-Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth. -Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and relevant technologies. -Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges. -Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, software, operations, etc.) and stakeholders to align project goals and objectives. -Contribute to departmental and organizational strategic planning, including budgeting and resource management. -Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of engineering projects. -Develop and implement engineering standards, protocols, and procedures. Optimize engineering performance by contributing recommendations to strategic planning and implementing best practices.

-Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent -Strategic thinking, hands-on approach, and a passion for engineering excellence -Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. -Strong knowledge of electrical design, systems integration, and engineering software/tools. -Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field -Domestic and International Travel up to 10% -Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. -Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and design
