Tasks

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to infrastructure automation, scripting, and orchestration. *Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for infrastructure security and compliance within the automation processes. *Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancement within the infrastructure and operations landscape. *Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, tools, and frameworks to streamline provisioning, configuration, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure resources. *Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for infrastructure changes, ensuring rapid and reliable updates. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand automation needs for various infrastructure components. *Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to ensure consistent and reproducible infrastructure deployments. *Monitor the performance and reliability of automated systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
